given us.
If you decide at any time that you do not want to receive any e-mail materials to which
you have subscribed, you may choose to unsubscribe to these e-mails by following the
instructions at the bottom of the e-mail material.
8. Confidentiality Warning
Absent the use of encryption, the Internet is not a secure medium and privacy cannot be ensured.
Internet e-mail is vulnerable to interception and forging. Makeup Authority will not be
responsible for any damages you or any third party may suffer as a result of the transmission of
confidential information that you make to Makeup Authority through the Internet, or that you
expressly or implicitly authorize Makeup Authority to make, or for any errors or any changes
made to any transmitted information.

When you visit Makeup Authority or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us
electronically and you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will
communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all
agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you

By joining Makeup Authority, you acknowledge and agree that Makeup Authority will
send member e-mails relating to their member account, transactions and Makeup

Preferences under the heading Account Settings. You can also unsubscribe to special promotional
e-mails at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in any of our e-mail communications under opt-in preferences.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except
